Yea, Chad runs a great series. Great layouts, great fields, decent reffing(no refs are perfect), and he LISTENS TO THE PLAYERS!

Cool, never even heard of EPL before this. I'm gonna have to check this out. What's the competition like?

Would it be good for a newer speedball team who hasn't played tournaments, but has about a year of playing rec-speedball together? We don't get destroyed, I usually play with/against d4 and d3 players

I love the epl, to me the only flaw is the cost, the entry fees are comparible to the cfoa

You don't know that for sure yet. The cfoa has not put out prices yet. They went up last year. I can see the price go up even more this year.

For what the EPL provides I think that it is very reasonably priced.

This series will get very big. You should play it. If you win I'm sure you will have no problem selling the paint.

its a good idea for winnings paint but only if we could receive it next tournament instead of holding it our selves and risk it going bad till next tournament.

Chad has already said he will hold some paint for the next event , He is doing this as a service to teams that play in the EPL . The decision to go with paint for prizes was a good one supported by many teams and players. Getting a paint deal is very hard this year , So all teams have a way to shoot themselves into a paint "sponsorship" . As far as the teams that are at a field paint only field , If you are a field team I'm sure that the owner will let you pay a small BYOP fee to make up for lost revenue and will allow you to shoot paint that you won at a tournament .

I think this is much better that getting some markers that you are just going to sell anyway .. at least you can use the paint !!!

2009 is gonna be awesome for the EPL and competition is second to none !! Refs are great and consistant .. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS SERIES !!!!!!!!!
