DVD Shrink "1% analysing" and not moving..

I here my DVD drive making noise like it's doing something.. but DVD Shrink seems to be stuck on "1% Analysing"

Is this a problem with DVD Shrink or my DVD drive?

On your computer, can you play movie dvd's, games, burn dvd's, etc?

Does DVD shrink do this with one movie dvd or all movie dvds?

Yes, I've ripped before but with a different program.. and even then it only ripped the DVD when I chose a certain format.

I've also burned a few DVDs but that's never a problem, only ripping it seems.

Is there a driver or something that may fix it?.. (looking now..)

Worth a shot.

I had a LG dvd burner that seemed flawless from what everyone said about them, but apparently they cripple it's DVD read speed on movie dvd's so it's quieter or something. Stupid.

I have an HP G50-112NR Notebook (got it for $350 + tax on Black Friday)

Works perfect and this is the first time I've run into a problem on it

Here's all the available drivers.. nothing to do w/ DVD drive though:

I guess I'll update everything for the hell of it and try a differnet ripping program.. any suggestions? I used to use Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum but it would always go back to 'un-registered'
