That's not exactly true, or is only partly true. As they started doing "generation 2" parts while they were still shipping the metal box.

Or, you could not speculate about what you have based off of a box and take ten minutes to compare a couple of pieces and be positive of what you have.

i dont think you understood what i was getting at if you want to buy a mini and you go to the store and you see a mini in a metal case sitting there would you buy it? no because you know it most likely has older parts you would though get one in a white cardboard box being that this is there latest packing style its about making a more safe initial purchase
and yes you could then take it out and open it up at home

Still doesn't work. I have a case with mine, and it has all gen 2 parts. I've been playing with it for around 2 years, and I've never once replaced the poppet and it's working fine still.
Take a few seconds and be 100% sure in your purchase.

Does it still shoot fine?
You mentioned tha you were adjusting the trigger pull; You could have pulled it out of the activation zone and the sensor board is no longer picking it up.

Faint Mini Click...... Mine did it...... it does it over time and only on half the guns....... I work at the local pb shop and called our rep, he said that it will do that.

Are all of the Invert Mini's now sold on Invert's website completely functional and have they fixed all of their problems?

They should all have the newest parts. No marker is going to be perfect and work flawlessly.

No, there is not. You have got to look at the parts to figure out which generation each part is.

What if on my gun some of the parts are v1 and others are v2. Like the screw thing on my regulator is v1, but my gauge is v2

If the gun is functioning properly don't worry about it.

Excellent thread, very helpful.
Much to my dismay, my mini, being #000383 sports v1 of everything..
How can I go about getting certain things like the poppit or any other dire parts replaced? I've heard whispers of Kee doing it for free, but that cant be right, can it?
Thanks,
Tyler
