I hope this is the right forum. Anyway, I have a question about the AA Vigilante. When the adjustment nut is almost all the way in, that means very little air is going through, right? I can close it almost all the way and, w/ a very tight mainspring and loose valve spring, shoot just fine. Did BBT give me a normal Vigi instead of a LP one? How do I find out? the sticker in the plastic box says LP, but my gun shouldn't be shooting if the thing is almost closed, right?

If it helps, the spring in mine is colored black.

Hmmmmm, I don't know where the mod is but just delete this thread and post a new one in the air forum.

To delete a thread, click "edit/delete" that is at the bottom of the first post in this thread (your post). Then at the top of the screen that loads theres a check box. Click the check box so the check appears and then hit the "delete now" button.

You'll need to unscrew the adjusting nut(not screw it in) to lower the input pressure to the gun on an AA Vigy. The black spring is a LP spring--so you do infact have a LP Vigilante.

Clockwise to raise input pressure
Counterclockwise to lower input pressure

Thanks, it works now. I was screwing it the wrong direction.
