Angel FLY vs SE vs SB

I'm looking into getting back into paintball, and I have been a fan of Angels. Before making the decision on which one to get I would like to know what the main differences between the FLY, SE, and SB are.

I'm an SB fan. No dealing with breech seals, and all parts are the most up to date and you dont have to hunt for them. SE wouldn't be a bad choice if you could actually find one. Again due to having the updates done.

SE FTW.

Mojo board, STR ram, Booster bolt, D-lite poppet and reg piston out of the box. Dust black looks amazing, it has the SB case and the Fly barrel kit. So, it's an SB with a roto-breach and without the funky exposed ram.

Unfortunately, there's only one member on here that I know that has one because I sold it to him. And considering the price he paid for it, I highly doubt he'll sell it to you for anything most would consider reasonable.

A1 Fly's are decent but the SE/SB upgrades make it a completely different gun. I owned a standard A1 Fly and SE concurrently and the SE was a much better marker. I've never owned an SB but I just can't get used to the exposed ram even though I fully understand and appreciate the sealed breach.

SE's are nice. All they are is the Fly with all the upgrade's. So you could buy a Fly, upgrade it and essentially have a SE.
SB's are they way to go though. So much less troublesome than the Fly's. And parts are still easier to find than the Fly's/SE's. The AR:K is the same thing as the SB, just more of a milsim/woodsball look.
And I currently have 3 SB's, 3 AR:K's and 2 Fly's. If it wasnt' for the collector factor of the Fly's, I probably wouldn't own them.

I second Nate.

I own them all and my favorites are the SB's. And the better parts availability(at least for the time being) is just icing on the cake! I like them enough that I turned a A1 into a SB just for giggles.

SB to me is way better if just for the simple fat that they have way less troubles.

Awesome! Thanks for the input guys! I'm leaning toward the SB. Now all I have to do is save up for it being the broke student that I am

Because that's all the Cobra has to do, it just exudes awesomeness and demands respect

I have a Fly Gothic and never have any probs. I actually purchased another one brand new for a spare. I also converted an A1 to fly specks and, again no probs ever. I have a SB and, find that my Gothic is smoother and quieter than it. I have the Gothic running at 140psi and dwell of 6. Luv Angels. I just played a local tourney. We all rocked Angel Flys. The other teams were very impressed with them.
