Slowly making progress--front axle is done except for the upper link tabs.

Frame mount for the upper link I built from 3/8" plate

Coming together

That thing is super tacky and has a Dana 35.......

And as for the incorrect connection between short arms and articulation, perhaps you should learn a few things on link suspension and what really matters.
Maxing out 12" travel shocks at all corners (on 'short arms') on a rig not even built with a focus on max articulation

Either the street queen above still has the front sway bar connected (I can see it's stock), is binding somewhere, or is running shocks that are way too short. That has nothing to do with arm length.

Rock rails with no description and they are $900? Rather buy A to Z fab sliders. Probably better quality, better price, and better warranty.

And as for the incorrect connection between short arms and articulation, perhaps you should learn a few things on link suspension and what really matters. I was referring to all the $$$ in it, and the owner just having a short arm on it. I'm sure I know far more on suspensions than you think I do. Perhaps you shouldn't be so quick to jump to conclusions and try to be mr. smart ***.

Either the street queen above still has the front sway bar connected (I can see it's stock), is binding somewhere, or is running shocks that are way too short. That has nothing to do with arm length. Yes it's a street queen, and yes the sway bar is connected. It's on the RTI ramp so I could see if the tires would clear the new shock mounts or not, and they do.
Whoa there *******, what have I ever done to you? Why don't you try and get your facts straight before you make an *** out of yourself?

I think it's all fabricated in house.

I thought the red jacket or whatever was pretty tight, not a jeep/chrysler guy

My only gripe is the lack to describe what is made from, how its welded and its warranty for each product.

I like the red jacket as well

My brothers '10 JK he just bought:

It's a fun little bugger. I wish they made the 4-door Rubicon in a diesel here, as I would be buying one.

Nice jeep.

Just recently got done rebuilding a cj5.

Playing in a friends backyard.

Replaced nearly everything except the body. Even that is was largely replace because of rust.

I have a few issues. Mainly with the fuel injection but everything else seems to be doing well.

and my jk is under knife as well awaiting coilovers.

Question for you Jeep guys....

My brother's jeep had the 3-piece hard top. He likes taking off the front two pieces, but doesn't want to carry them in the back because they take up so much room.

Does anyone make a cloth top that he can use in place of the two front panels in case of rain (while leaving the big rear top on)?

Not that I've ever heard of.

Maybe a bikini top and just cover that section in a pinch?

All I can think of.

Quick question, was driving my 89 Cherokee 4wd with 5spd on he highway yesterday and noticed it was getting pretty hot. What could cause that besides maybe wheel bearings or low tranny fluid? I have to haul some stuff a long distance soon so I really need to figure this out
Thanks
