Maybe so.

It's driving me crazy not having my jeep. I've already passed up 2 trips and going to be another this weekend .

crawl ratio has nothing to do with tire size. I don't know what tranny that buggy has so I don't know the first gear ratio.

My crawl ratio: 3.97 x 2.28 x 4.7 x 5.29 = 225:1

depending on the tranny in that buggy it can have just as high a crawl ratio.

Finally found some mud here in Hawaii.

That was the way up the mountain.. on the way down it was pretty freaky. Almost slid off the side a few times. Wife was sitting in the back watching the rear tires hug the edge of the cliffs! Good times.

I realize crawl ratio doesn't take into consideration tire size, but it will effect the crawl speed, which I'm sure you know. He's still running the NSG370 but is swapping in a 32rh one of these days.

4.23x5.38x10=227.57:1

He only put it in 10:1 to show me just how slow it is. He's usually in 4.7:1 I believe.

Me, my friend and his dad just built an 87/93 conversion, I don't know what parts went into what body, because I don't know much about them... It was a huge learning experience for me.

I'll have pictures for you guys later, we're finishing her off today just before it snows :]

Any big plans for any of you fellas over Xmas break (if applicable)? I'll be wheelin a lot, building a new front drive shaft, and (hopefully) outboarding my rear shock mounts and going to 16" shocks. Damn 4 links just love to flex too much.

I get my Jeep back thursday(hopefully), then I'm getting new drive shafts and installing a winch.

I may be getting a tire carrier for christmas.

Also ordered an engine stand, now I can pull the engine and transmission from my CJ. I'll do that whenever it comes in. Then I'll continue my teardown and start my build.

Yeah, it doesn't snow much here. But, I still wouldn't mind not getting rained on.
