They are just playing both 3 man and 5 man. You can do that as long as you qualify for level 3. Lots of teams have done it in the past. I've known some level 4 guys that have tried it. I think they got killed, but they had fun playing 5 man because of the ramping and the fact they usually have bigger and better field layouts.
^^^^ is right! They used to be called Affliction and are pretty cool. Just the fact that their teams are pretty good sized so why not spread it around so they all get some experience.

That is exactly what it is guys. We have a total of around 19 guys affiliated with the team but 12 are rostered on the "main squad" (5-man team) We have two L2 teams and 2 L3 teams. The L3 teams are kinda feeder teams for us so to say. We have 12 players for L2 and 6 DIFFERENT players for L3. Nobody on the team is playing in both divisions.
