Yes it can, I would get a freeway antijam to make it even better.

They actually work a lot better than vlocitys with reball mode (i used it yesterday and it sucked really bad) and when i used my reloader b i think it jammed maybe once.

i tried to run some reballs through my empire b loader and it jammed like there was no tomorrow. Should I put baby powder on the reballs or something?

The freeway (it's only $10) will help alot with reballs. I'd suggest that before you try lube or powder on the balls.

all depends on the reballs. if they are used alot then alot of hoppers will jam.. Eggy2 FTW!!

Don't lube the reballs! And yes i agree the freeway jam is a huge help( i paid about 20 dollars for mine

but it was worth it!!) Also try flexing the spring under the the drive cone so your loader will feed at the same rate as you want but don't have to worry about it jamming as much because it can counter act the force of the paint awaiting to be fired.
