Brand new Invert Mini! Big problems!
Hey guys, I recieved a brand spanking new 09 Dust red Invert Mini hasn't been open; The problem is when I put in my tank and load my hopper and shoot it once was fine and then I tried shooting faster when the balls began to drop off, and the gauge on the Invert Mini would go down a great amount each shot. So I tried adjusting the pressure and try shooting the Pressure on the gauge would drop a great amount so I tried to take out the tank because maybe there was something wrong with it and as I was unscrewing it, it began to screech very loudly and startled me very much. When I did that I ran out of air, do you think you guys could help me out?

Did you happen to check the battery before you tweaked a bunch of crap? If you have drop off, always check the battery before touching anything else.

Yeah, it was low and I replaced the orignal batteries and got some new ones, but I was out of air so I couldn't test it.

If you're out of air, you're going to get drop-off. If your battery is low, you can get drop-off. Always check those two things before adjusting settings of any kind (especially pressure settings).

I just had my air tank filled minutes before shooting so I doubt it is the air amount, but it could possibly be the batteries.

Wait...are you using CO2 or HPA? I know that sounds like a stupid question but you never specified...and you mentioned not knowing if you were out of air...

By setting the pressure to high you might have broken a oring/ seal. Take your Mini apart (if you know how) and check it out.

my friends had the same problem
dont listen to the kid that said you broke it and voided your warranty
try tightening the screw on the back or the trigger frame that goes up into the bolt tube and tighten the screws on the back of the bolt cap itself
check the orings on the bolt assembly

No you checked the battery after you got the drop off and blew the air out of your tank?
Before you gas up the gun again make sure you set everything back to stock and pull the bolt kit and make sure everything is nicely lubed. That'll solve 85% of any issues you might have and I rarely trust a gun out of the box to be greased up right.
Also New Designz makes an on/off purge that works great for the mini that'll let you degass the gun without taking the tank off or take the tank off.
http://www.newdesignz.com/Misc_5.htm
You probably shredded your tank o-ring when you tried to unscrew it from the mini reg/asa causing it to blow leak all the air out. The orings shred pretty easily when you try and unscrew a tank under pressure. Another way is to dryfire the gun as you remove the tank to bleed off the excess pressure but I'd recommend the New Designz.

Could have broken the one right on the ASA (#50), or broken the entire seal in the middle of the body (#21).
