Armin was amazing at TAO and those 9 hours went by super fast.

I tried to see deadmau5 but Insomniac totally blew it on his tent. It was way to small and crowded and the sound sucked. I heard Sometimes Things Get Complicated then left cuz I was over it.

Seeing deadmau5 tomorrow at Beta in Denver. That should be a good show if it is anything like the last time he was there.

hope everyone had a good and safe new years. I have a feeling my 2009 will be better then 2008. (but i had a really good 2008 so it will be hard to top)

i did. el hornet threw down fat. slam sounds insane live. way better then i imagined. i spent most of the night at dnb. i heard a bunch of sub focus tracks that i really like, the classic pendulum toons, some tc. dnb was the only stage where the sound was perfect all night.

Insomniac blew it big time making the time slots. They put Pendulum from 11:30-1:30 and I was not going to leave the Arena during the countdown so I didnt not even make it to see pendulum. I didnt even go to the DNB stage. I was having a good time watching Armin.

I made a big new years revolution also after TAO, no more bolling ralls. My night after I left TAO was horrible and I felt ****ty for a while. Time to clean up my act a lil also.

Delta 9 is from Chicago. and I am not that far away from the city although I don't see any shows of him being promoted or anything.

Honestly, I'm a complete metalhead, so I'd have to get used to going to shows like that. I could though, awesome shows are awesome regardless of genre. Even ****ty bands are cool when the stage presence is live. I'm a n00b at EDM btw.

Side note, you want to talk amazing stage presence? ACDC. Saw them in Chicago, Angus Young is like sixty and still jumping off his amps and other stuff for 2+ hours straight.

If you haven't gotten around to looking at his live videos:

It's like a metal show, just synthesized. I've gotten more brutalized at a gabber show than at any hardcore, death metal, or grindcore concert I've ever been to.

Dave. Good to see you're cleaning up.

Also, party soon. Can't wait. I'm probably going to start the set with some quality Dieselboy tracks.

So deadmau5 last night at beta was not as fun as it usually was. They over sold the club again and it was really packed. My friends and I stayed at the way back for the first hour and it was even packed back there so I said **** it and forced my way to the front and found a nice area that had decent room.

That club is getting way to trendy and the mau5 is getting so popular. It was more crowded for deadmau5 then it was for Benassi, Tiesto, Armin, Guetta and a lot of other big name DJs.
