and have you actually been there carnagge?
have you been on the floor and walked the field and looked at everything?
or are you just going off the pictures you see here on nation?
my guess is that it is the last one, while you are free to give your opinions, dont shoot things down so much until you try them

I say quit busting every ones balls. Go play it first. It beats the drive to CR for us so we'll support it.

Im sure playing paintball on broken glass isnt that bad either... but I still dont plan on doing it. I feel the same way about that ****ty plywood floor, horrible lighting, and garbage bunkers.
Ill make the 3 hour drive to Stinger, the best indoor in the US.. and pay LESS for entry and paint.
Thank you very much.

Ya that plywood isn't going to work.. how are you going to keep it from getting slippery? And saying that turf is not much better compared to plywood is just ridiculous.. especially the new turf in CR. That stuff has like a half inch of padding under it and then the actual turf is thick as hell too.

That and I use to work at our skating rink
Flooring and lighting situation is terrible.
keep this in mind.
- the guy who buys the land/building - customer
- guy who leases the building- customer
I'm not saying its a bad building or anything but there are definately problems that need to be addressed. Why not truck dirt in on the floor? Low ceilings means lights will get shot...be prepared is all...

I am not busting any balls, I have already stated people can have their opinions. I have my rights and so does every other person on here. As far as the lighting situation goes it has already been taken care of, if you think the lighting is bad now then you will need to go get your eyes checked.
Flooring again, it may not work right now it is an experimental thing to see how it works out. Dirt is not an option, it makes too much of a mess of things. The floor is also not a polished floor like a basketball court, it has a tacky glue type coating so sorry to shoot anyone down but it will not be like an ice skating rink.
Bunkers- not really sure how they are garbage considering they are brand new and far from low quality. Yeah they are not sup air but seriously sup air has issues as well.

this looks good but the plywood floor even if not slippery now will definitely be slippery after the first few games with paint and shell everywhere. I hope Todd finds that this is worth keeping so he will invest in some turf. I will be there probably next week after Christmas sometime after I get back from Colorado.

People have opinions, do not argue with them it is pointless. We are all entitled to our own opinions. I have spent quite a bit of time at the field while I am excited to play there and support Todd 100% with his decisions, I find it pointless to argue about the details. I understand everyone's opinion as far as the floor is concerned but we will just have to see how it works out.

As long as this ice storm does not cause any issues with opening day then sunday hours will most likely be noon to 6-8 pm not sure on the closing hours just yet.
Also everyone remember if you are planning on attending on Saturday to make sure you call the shop before you head to the field just to make sure they are going to be open. The shop opens at 11am.
