Making an S-Class trigger

Well, i fell in love with the trigger on the Vice, decided that i dont play often enough to drop 750, or 550 for that matter, so i bought a G3. Anywho, i am going to make (as close as i can) an s-class trigger. I have access to a machine shop. I believe i have access to a mill, i know i have: lathe, dremel, delrin machine of some sort, and a drill press( dont think i will be needing this til the end)

I have very little experience with any of these machines, so cut me some slack, my dad who does, is going to help me with all of the cuts, etc. I think i am going to make the trigger out of delrin, maybe aluminum down the road if i dont like it.

My main questions are:
1) can you put a bearing in a delrin trigger

2) if so what kind of bearing

3) would you recommend using delrin over aluminum

4) does anyone know if i can find the dimensions of the trigger from boblong?

any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

yes

small kinds, find the ID that you need and go from there
3) would you recommend using delrin over aluminum
delrin is light an malable. alluminum looks better IMO
4) does anyone know if i can find the dimensions of the trigger from boblong?
ask a tech, or ask someone who owns the gun.
any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

"find the IDs you need and go from there"

What exactly are ID's? The amount of friction in the bearing, or size, etc? Also i have no idea where to find them should google do the trick?

Youll need to figure out your own dimensions by measuring your own g3 trigger,

then find some good outlines of S-class triggers.

other than that talk to a machinist, and eat the high machining cost.
