DIY Hopper Eyes

Hey all

I wanted to buy the VL VLocity Jr but with the exchange rate to the dollar (I live in South Africa) Pricis have gone up by 50% on some stuff...

Now i was thinking, does anyone know how to make DIY eyes for a hopper???

Cause then i can make my own eyes and put them in a VL force loader...

Any help will be appreciated...

the making of the eyes is simple enough.

but to tie that into your hopper would not be a simple task.

new board, programming....

would it be cheaper, than spending about 5 times as more on a VL Jr???

It would probably end up costing the same. The new board and things will be most of the cost. It helps to have a board that can use eyes....

It was actually pretty funny.

Besides, this is one of those things where if you have to ask, you can't do it.

I bet you could make something like a leaf pretty easily. Just make it like a switch so when the leaf is pressed down it doesn't spin and it spins when it's not pressed down.

Leafy helped look for balloons
with the force theres another plug next to where the power button plugs in. just get a normally closed adjustable sound sensor and wire it in there and hey look you have a reloader b.

A bend sensor like the richochets would be much easier or you could even make an intellifeed.for everyone trigger pull the hopper agitates.

Also break in your acs bolt by compressing it over and over again. you could also take a ruler and place it in between the pin to keep the spring compressed leave it like that for a day or 2 and the acs bolt should help keep the chops low and recock by itself.

if you have a stock board you should be capped at 20bps if c.a.m.d and shouldnt out shoot your hopper. but why not get a hopper here in the b/s/t? youd be able to an empire for 50-60bucks shipped. only problem is you living in a different continent id think you were a scammer but good luck.
