MD - Robinhood Paintball Discussion

Many times if you see a group of people walk in and shoot over the chrono without adjusting anything, you will see them walk right back in about 5 minutes later. A lot of newer guys in parties don't know what the limit is or how to adjust their marker. What happens is they walk in before the ref takes them over to see if their stuff works not knowing they have to chrono infront of someone. A couple minutes later the ref takes everyone in anyways no matter if they say it has already been taken care of or not.

Not to mention how many times have you seen someone walk into a chrono with no tools in the hopes that their stuff is shooting the right speed just to have to walk back and get their allen keys.

any1 going to be there tomorrow,sunday, team guys that have been playing there for a few years. I havn't seen my boys at Hood in some time i may stop by for a little bit to see how everyone is doing.

The new field does reward aggressive moves. If you are defending holding the snake tape is key to any success. It is easy to bump from the snake right down the tape behind the wall if there isn't anyone in the forward bunkers. I did it yesterday once we took out the guy shooting down the tape. The last guy traded with me but not until I shot all 6 or 7 of his teammates.

I played sunday and I liked the new field. Needs some more walls on the high end but overall I'd play it again in a heart beat! Even campers on the low end can still be overtaken with some well placed shots. I was a little disappointed that the only paint they had was Spectrum. Overall great day, beautiful weather, and mowed some scrubs!

when was the last time you played? we have a new field down on the mulch if you haven't seen it yet.

last time i played was the day that field opened.. my fiance was the last person alive for my team the very first game on that field.( were the red/black and grey/black invert jerseys)..i just wont be playin for awhile so i was wandering if anything new was in the works

I believe fixing the airball field and getting it back up is the new priority.

Milford has some new things it the works. He is always looking at new ideas to improve the current fields or build new ones. He had planned on getting the nets up for the air ball field last week but the wind put a damper on that.

Anyone that plays at robinhood going to EMR castle conquest? I'm taking a bunch of people up there. It would be cool to hook up with other people that play at the hood & smash the opposing team.

That has to suck. I have not been able to play the last few weeks because I pulled or tore a muscle in my back. It pisses me off because I just got a new luxe that I'm dying to try out. I'm praying it isn't bothering me next week so I can go all out at castle.
