weird ****. ive been trying to learn heelflips for like a month now, and i finally start feeling like i got them down.
then my friend taught me how to do kickflips, and im doing these literally so easily after 2 days..

blah, the other day i fell at the skatepark trying to ollie over this step that led onto a ramp, i misjudged my speed and fell hard on my hip. the next day i was trying out my friends deck that had some extremely hard bones wheels, i tried to powerslide and waaay overdid it, fell again on my hip. then the next day i was skimboarding and the board slid out and i fell, again, on my hip. now it hurts like **** but it's getting better fast, hopefully i'll be able to skate fine by friday.

well i got some nice skating in philly done while on a well desrved vacation. almost got my kick flips down but i cant skate while high at all. i keep falling off lol.

lol. i always seemed to skate better high. i never worried about falling and just committed to what i was doing.

well first time i post, spect me to be here more often , and btw i just started skateboarding last week since i was off for like a year and a 1/2 and i ****ing felt on a ramp , then i tried it again and hit my hip very hard im going to start wearing slider shorts lol

****ing whack. yesterday i just fell out of the blue, wasn't even doing any tricks. It happened so fast i couldn't stop it, went down face first and slammed my head into the ground, and somehow ****ed up my wrist.

i don't think i like my deck, at all. it's like way too big. it's an 8.0 but the tail/nose end are huge compared to what i'm used to skating, and it feels sluggish all around. it might not be a terrible board but i don't think it's for me, i'm pretty much used to it and i can't ollie that high, and pop shuv its are a *****. i know buying new stuff doesn't magically make you better but i'm really not feeling this one, even when i hop on my old beat up deck i skate better (it was a habitat). i hate to throw the money away though...idk.

I want to get into snowboarding ,but there is one problem I'm not sure what size equipment i need. I'm about 5'9 or so with about an 11 and a half shoe size. Im also 14. Any kind of help will be appreciated.
