No, we moved to Everett (3miles door to door) in Sept, a few days before they demo'd the building.

Somerville Central Hospital. Still around? Family built/owned it a long time ago, never knew what became of it in the last few years.

Yeah, its still up on the hill, had to go there when my buddy broke his wrist.
I had a place right down the street from the High School.

They've fixed it since the summer, but some kids busted out some of the letters, so at night, all it said was "Some____ Hos___" for almost three weeks.

That whole neighborhood is at odds with itself.
Pockets of yuppies are buying up land like you wouldn't believe. Alot of the larger homes are being redeveloped into condos (I couldn't afford to outright BUY my apartment so I had to move). The locals and the Tufts kids are always butting heads. Broadway is becoming little Brazil. There is still talks of extending the Green Line from North Station.

Just reminding everyone that the deadline for the Indoor 7 Man Intermediate event is next Wednesday. ENTRANCE FEES MUST BE PAID BY THEN.

7 Man Indoor Event
Sunday March 22nd
7am - whenever
Boston Paintball Indoor Field
16 teams
NEPL Intermediate Teams ONLY - (ranked based on NEPL 2008 standings & more)

Entrance is $495 per team
Paint is $50 case

You do NOT have to have an ID for the Indoor Events - but you DO need to go through all the motions to get registered - player profiles and rosters done through APPA. It would make sense - since the prizes are NEPL Entrance Fees - to pay for the ID now so you save $5 - but i leave that up to you

PRIZES:
1st- 5 NEPL Entrances (Here's your SEASON....... PAID)
2nd-3 NEPL Entrances
3rd- 1 NEPL Entrance

Intermediate teams are allowed to roster 2 D2 players. They must be ranked D2

At this point it does not look as if we will be holding an indoor 7 man event on Sunday Morning. If you would like to get in a rotation - we will do it as usual. Please post if you are interested - the deadline for the indoor 7 man is midnight tonight - so i will confirm tomorrow AM whether we had the 8 teams necessary to run it or not

so me and 2 of my friends are going to the indoor field in everett soon, it seemd like to play early on the weekend we have to be on a team? were coming from ny so we want to get in as much play as possible, so when can we go to get as much time as possible, n if we do need a team let me know im sure i can round up a bunch of people lol...

Team rotations are happening at the outdoor field in Maynard. You should be able to get in plenty of walk-on play at the indoor field in Everett.

the indoor field opens at 10 on the weekends - we are open until 10 on saturday and until 8 on sunday - you can stay as long as you want anytime you come in - and you do not need a team to come play - we run indoor team rotations when our outdoor field is closed - and those were held before we opened (8am - about noon) but now that the outdoor field is open we do not run those. No walk-ons...
We had team rotations at Maynard last Sunday, ATech was the only walk-on that showed up for the airball fields. If I had know I would have had him jump in on drills at the end of the day.
Conversely, Sunday there were advanced walk-on games all-day long at the indoor field.

It was just one of those days

Doug your the man. I wish I knew you were there tho, I just didn't want to say. HEY Crisis! let me jump into some drills with you guys, I am sure John would of let me but I didn't want to intervene with the team. lol... I love Xball tho(Wish the mercs played it), I would love to drill more from the top tier teams...

niiiiice...okay cuz the crew and i are going up, we coming from ny, the field looks hott....im just upset, i wished ya were open in everett when i lived in chelsea lol, i literally used to live 5 mins from there....

not sure yet, were gearing up for "the big game" in coram, ny in may and we work in retail so its kinda tricky to get off the same weekend so probably late may early june.

I know this might be weird or sound weird but for the team rotations on sunday do you have to be a official team or can you just get a group of 5 or 7 to pay and play?

For the official rotations just before an NEPL event, you have to be registered to play that NEPL/NEPL jr/NEXL event in order to take part in the rotation.

For any other rotations, yes, you can just hop in if you have enough players, so long as you sign up ahead of time.

FYI, the indoor rotations are pretty much over with.
Since the outdoor field has opened for the season, we hold most of the events at Maynard.
