this time of year(summer) its hit or miss. they do turn on the lights on friday night from 6-10!!!! In the winter there are prob around 75-100 (including private parties) on both sat and sun. They just added a regulation airball field as well.
I know the airball field isn't set up because of the weather. Its supposed to rain like it has the last couple days the whole weekend!!! They have a hyperball field (black pipes) thats ok to play. I know a couple weeks ago it was sprinkling off and on and the PB guy Chris and some refs just played speedball with rentals it was pretty fun!!! If you go up there ask for Chris he's the man to talk to if you have questions about the airball field. They had like 20 players last Friday night never rained until like 8:30 PM there.
CG12, i believe i may have spoken with Chris yesterday. he did say that the weather has been an unfortunate factor but the response has still been positive. Last friday they played until about 930 before the rain got too crazy. I may still go tonight if i get a couple more guys to go. I drive by everytime i go riding at Carter park so I will need to try them out eventually.
FL490, please post up how it goes tonight if you make.
I played at OTWA last night. Played nightball from 6-10pm. We had a blast! The weather was perfect and the refs kept the games moving. Went with a group of 15 from my church and about another 10 walkons showed up.
Mostly first timers so some of the refs and store employees joined in to keep the teams balanced. Will definitely go again.
Welcome cold weather!!!! Hope everybody is ready for the best time to play in Florida. Our airball field is up and running and we are making some changes/improvements to the other fields. If any teams would like to use the airball field for practice (open 7 days a week) or any other questions about paintball just give us a call!!! Ask for Chris!!!!
