Commando is proud to offer our second annual Speedball camp Saturday July 14th. This camp is for everyone, and definitely will rise up your game. Whether you are new to speedball or you have been playing for a while and you want to advance to the next level plan on coming to this one day camp. You will learn basic and advanced training on these and more speedball techniques:
• How to set up and hold marker,
• what to look for in a marker,
• proper stretching techniques,
• how to read a field,
• how to run & gun,
• edging, laneing, and break-outs,
• sliding,
• gun battling,
• snap shooting,
• how to play the Doritos side,
• snap shooting,
• back man and front man skills,
• snake play,
• communications.
Afterwards the students will have a mini scrimmage where the staff will give out more valuable instruction.
Chris Jansen, pro player from Chicago Aftershock, and well as the owner of the very successful Team Boom, and his crew will be the instructors.
Cost is reduced to $69.00 and includes the training, field pass, all day air, one case of paintballs, and lunch. Chris will also be giving away a brand new Aftershock Raza team jersey to one lucky attendee. Camp goes from 9:00-3:00 with scrimmages after.
The camp is the day before our Young Guns tournament Sunday, July 14th. What a great way to get ready for the tournament and then use your new skills at the tournament!
