all the issues have been worked out with the eblade t-board, it now has the utb software on it so they work how they are supposed to.

Are we sure? Damon's website says the board still has faulty eye logic.

We had a lot of issue with this board that was hardware related. But we had 5 testers that "fully" tested this board and gave it a stamp of approval, so we moved forward. Then we discovered that there were issues that weren't discovered, so we had 1000 board with hardware issues. We attemped to fix all we could through software, but not all issues could be fixed. We are selling them off as a cheaper rate to recover the cost of building the board, but they are not perfect. they are fine for most players, but for those that tune thier marker to the optimum performance, the board will fall short.

The UTB was properly tested and all hardware issues were found before production. It works very well, but some sacrifices had to be made to keep the board small (eye sensitivity adjustment).

And as I note, "Faulty eye detection" means that the board will detect that the eyes are faulty, NOT that the boards eye detection is faulty...... But that was one of the hardware problems that wasn't really fixable.

Oh, and I didn't consider the MQvalve when making the UTB, so you have to add a micro-relay to use it in a cocker style marker.

I've not had a single problem running the MQ with my UTB. What is the need for the micro-relay?

Its a slight variance in the power needed for the MQvalve. Most will work, but some need a hair bit more power. the relay allows for the power needed for those that need more. Usually not needed, but some so...

So the current E-Blade T-Boards are ok to use on an MQ'd cocker? All the software is good to go?

All I can find on your site are the ones for $9.99

Are those the ones that are defective or ok?

The t-board is solid. First board worked well, although I am not a fan of led boards. I found that sometimes the led wouldn't blink or would mix colors, made changing settings a little time consuming, but it always worked. I don't use an MQ in my cocker though, but my standard e-tboard works really well. For the price you can't beat it... even if you get a faulty board, the guy responds fast, and seems to really be out there to promote the sport of paintball, and keep costumers happy.

I ordered a t board for a project TCP cocker to use with an e2 frame instead of the SF frame I currently have on it. What types of problems did we encounter with the current batch of $9.99 boards ? I also have an original V2 jam bolt so im not too worried about eye support.

There are no problems with the 9.95 boards. They are the exact same boards we've sold in the past, just with the newest programming. The only reason they are $9.95 is that we have so many and I'm trying to reduce inventory.

i have T-Boards in SP-1s, Scenario Dreams P90's, Ions, Ego's, Cockers and many more on my team. I have never had any issues with the board.
If you have issues with a product contact him, he is a great guy and will happily resolve any problems you may have. As was said above his customer service is top notch and he is an absolutely outstanding guy.
