and search for EdWort's Apfelwein. It is phenominal, I have atleast 1 keg of this on tap at all times, he doesn't prime or carbonate his, but I do it to mine, I could drink the **** for breakfast.

Ehh its not horribly complicated but it does take a lot of time. My advice to you is build a brewstand, saves space, and makes things easier. Once I built my brewstand, I've basically been brewing every weekend for a while now.
