Ok, this is what I was thinking about doing but I don't know if it will work out..

Stock polymer composite PMR frame (very light weight)
Internals of a WGP slider frame
phantom body
Wevo undercocking kit
some type of of 12g stock class.
Maybe even a tactical body with lots of rails

I know this will involve quite a bit of work, and that is exactly what I am going for, but I am wondering if this will work out. I don't want to do everything only to find out that there is a small problem at the end making it impossible to begin with.

If weight-saving is your goal and you plan to use cocker slider internals, why not just use a WGP composite slider frame? For that matter, how are the WGP internals supposed to trip a Phantom sear?

why not just use a composite phantom grip. The trigger and the rest of the frame cant weigh that much more....
