shoes
i looked at the nppl rulebook and it say in it that you cant wear metal cleats. does that mean you can wear any other kind of shoe you want for example if i remove the metal spike out of my track shoes could i legaly wear them

actualy, some track shoes after romoving the spikes that have screws in them, they have these hundred little spikes that work quite awesome..

check out the nike sparq. Basically running shoes with tons of little spikes. perfect for turf.
