Just email tadao's customer service with your problem.

They'll take care of you. If its a manufacturer defect, I would think you're covered. If its user error / neglect, they'll repair it at a reasonable price.

Tadao Technologies LLC provides a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to the original owner. Problems caused by shipping damage, user modifications, misuse, or neglect are not covered. Warranty claims must be accompanied by dated receipt of purchase.
Doesn't look promising.

^^ I'm sure every company posts one of those disclaimers to avoid legal problems and deceitful customers.

I say contact Tadoa and see what they quote you for the repairs instead of looking for a warranty thats not yours and cheating the system. If there is any cost, I would think that it would be cheaper than what someone on here might try to charge you for a 'warranty'.

It would almost certainly be cheaper to just pay the repair costs than shelling out $180 for a brand new one.
