ByF8th and ByF8th Kidz Roster for 2009 XBall Season

ByF8th is currently wants to extend an open invitation for additional players to be added to our PSP 2009 season roster. We want to give Arizona ballers an opportunity to join ByF8th and play competitive paintball at a national level. We love playing XBall. We find it very exciting, fast moving and it is a lot of fun. We will be playing Division 2 & 3 for the 2009 season. If the season goes well, then we will try bumping up to Division 1.

So what could I say that could compel you to join our team. We have a solid program that is managed like a private soccer or baseball club. We have a great relationship with APD that we value deeply, who helps us with everything related to paintball and brokers our national sponsorships. We've been very fortunate to have a great relationship with Gary at Paintball Photography. This last year we have had about a half-a-dozen ByF8th player pics in several national magazines due to him shooting pics of our team. The recent cover of Action Pursuit Games has Joel on the cover (this pic is from

We are half owner of an XBall field that we use for practice before the events. Setting up the layout of the event helps us out tremendously in our preparation. We also have a new relationship with Phoenix Sports Center (PSC) which is an indoor soccer field. We will spend a lot of our off season practicing there with re-usable balls. We focus on the fundamentals and bettering our skills. Plus it saves us tons of money from buying cases of paintballs to do these drills. It allows us to save our money to pay for the events. We also hold paintball clinics at PSC. The clinics will also help us generate revenue, but most importantly it allow the team to give back to the community the wonderful gifts God has given them to share with others.

I spend as much time trying to brand ByF8th at a national level. As Owner/Coach it's one of the responsibilities to help get team recognition. It is very competitive in getting someones attention when you are not a Pro team. Trust me, people do business with people they know and like. We were fortunate to have Pro player Drew Templeton from St. Louis Avalanche play with us at NEO. It was our first time playing Division 1. More exciting things to come for 2009.

With all that, if that does not excite you to join ByF8th, then stay with the team you are on and good luck with your season. We are looking for serious individuals that have a heart of gold and would be great role models for the next generation of ballers. As we are negotiating our packages for the 2009 season, this is the time for you to join the ByF8th franchise.

We don't do weekend tryouts. It's been our success having new players join our practice for 4 weeks. It gives me plenty of time to assess your skills, your attitude, your work ethics, your commitment and most importantly team chemistry. We have very minimal drama on ByF8th. It's not tolerated. After the 4 weeks are completed and it is mutually successful between you and the team, then you are now a ByF8th player.

If you are now compelled to play on ByF8th, please contact me via email ONLY. I will not be responding to this thread. My email is I will setup a 1 on 1 interview with you.

Being part of ByF8th franchise is like a family. We care and encourage each other. These are some of the nicest folks that you will ever get to hang out with both on and off the field.

We want to thank the AZ paintballers community for the years of support for ByF8th. We want to continue to join all AZ ballers in promoting this wonderful sport both locally and nationally.

Thanks for your consideration and I look forward in chatting with you.

God Bless,

Coach Eddie
