Dynasty still has a chance of taking the 2008 NPPL Super 7 series... in order for them to do that, they have to place 3rd or higher this event. If Dynasty doesn't place 3rd or higher, Ironmen will take the NPPL Series Champion title away from Dynasty.

OMG i need the 9-18 because it could be that Ironmen won now and the rest of the event is for pride. Its interesting one team out of the top 6 made it to sunday.

I'm a little stunned at the last place finish for the 'Men. They looked so good at World Cup. However, Dynasty had a terrible finish the week after their first NXL win ever. Just odd to see a team go from the top to the bottom in one league to the next. It's also sad to see their first place series might also go with it.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing... I'm also amazed that the top three teams didn't make it to Sunday this event. I really thought NE Hurricanes was going to at least make it to Sunday, hell same with Ironmen even though I'm not a fan of 'em. I was extremely surprised to see NXE Army, a D1 team, taking the AA's spot for Commanders Cup, basically tear apart the Ironmen.
It's going to be crazy to see if Dynasty can pull out a top three finish and win the series yet again. They have been given another shot at the series and I'm sure are gonna fight very hard for it.
