i have a 3-man team upcoming and well i was wondering were just starting tournys and is it worth it to get reballs to practice?and also any tips on drills what kinda should i be setting up and in novice tournys are we gona be facing people with you know good gun like egos and cockers and timmys or more like people consisting of tippys and spyders?

It may be a mix of them, in rookies it will be less highend guns, but guns aren't the main thing you need to worry about, it is their skill, give oliver lang a pump and give you a timmy and he could probably still win.

i ment to say rookie they allways get me confused but yah i know i just dont want to go out on the field with no chance of winning i mean this is gona a be a tough stretch because my team is just started no practice except a couple week or maybe not even a couple till the tournys for 3man NEPL start

Great thread, lots of good info in here. If anyone is in the Cape Cod/Brockton, Ma Area feel free to PM me if you are looking for a team or just want help getting organized. I manage 4 teams. 2 seven man, and 2 five man (and building). I would like to put together a 3man sooner or later.

if theyre just some small locals, and you do decent, youll begin to have a reputaion locally. if you do good in say the GPL, youll be known by many more people, not just locally.
