Nppl pump specifications
I wanted to know what is the nppl's official definition of a pump is because I was looking to make some improvements to the pump design but they don't specify what will classify a marker as a pump. Don't just say that you have to pump the marker because thats obious, I'm talking about technicalities such as assisted pumps, electro pumps... ect...
