if you plan to make sunday and win the even you will have to get around 30 cases.

for just saturday plan on buying 15 minimum.

i myself shot about 11 for a whole tournament and that includes making it to sunday, but that was psp not nppl, why did i click nppl and not psp, this will confuse me for hours

You will be playing preliminaries on Friday and Saturday (4-5 games on Friday and the remaining on Saturday, total of 8). I would buy 8 cases for Friday's prelims and then you can decide how much to buy to finish the prelims on Saturday. I can tell you this with 62 teams if they all enter and from experience, if you lose 2 prelim games you are on the bubble and 3 you probably won't make it to Sunday. This may be a bit conservative.

On rental cars just shop around to the different rental agencies. We have always used Enterprise they have had the best rates in my opinion. We are a SoCal team so we can drive to the event. We are staying at the San Diego Marriott Valley Hotel. We have some contacts I think the rate is $99.00 plus a parking fee.
