Weird Leak

I put a tank on there, and I adjust the reg, and it starts leaking air for a few seconds then it stop until I start adjusting again, almost like its acting as a bleed hole. Is this normal? Also are the bottomlines a pain for everyone to adjust?

in my experience the reg wont hold pressure under 200 psi, and adjusting the reg while the tank is screwed in is difficult unless you have a low pressure tank. Just stick an allen wrench into the knob to turn it.

hes right. the pressure needs to be above 200 psi for it not to leak.
