08 slg max rof problem?

So its been a while since ive messed with my friends old slg. When i fire the damn thing i can shoot just as fast single fingering the gun

as when i use both fingers. So i know theres some kind of cap on it. Tourny lock is not on. I turned the rof cap to the highest setting. I even messed with some of the delay and dwell settings. But its still stuck. Does any one know off the top of their head how i can fix this. Or why this is happening? I could probably mess with it till i figure out the problem but i dont wanna spend a giant amount of wasted time when some one might know the answer

alright so heres what it says

Blinking green: Eye blocked. Either the eye is dirty, the
marker is not gassed up, there is bad connection between
the board and the eyes or the battery is low.

The eye should in no way possibly be dirty. The marker is not gassed up, but do i have to gas it up to get my max rof? Every other marker ive ever held will have the solenoid click every time i pull the trigger even when not gassed up. Im gonna try the others right now and post when i find out more info.

... with the eyes off i can fire perfectly with out a cap on the rof... so im guessing its not the battery. Im gonna try cleaning up the eyes...

Clean the eyes and if that doesn't work check the wiring of them

wow ur a blonde. you know whne you have the eyes on and the marker not gassed up that the eyes will start blinking if the you start clicking the noid? it is capped at about 8bps. so turn the eyes off and it will be fine. wow.

thanks guys for the help, i messed with the marker and took off the frame after cleaning the eyes and losing a detent and a detent spring. I found out that the previous owner of this marker had crunched the wires into the marker. So i need to buy new eyes and new detents. Thanks so much for the help guys.
