2011 PMR Wont turn on

2011 Proto Rail i purchased used. It worked twice then stopped powering on. the battery came with it so figured it died replaced it with a new one and still nothing. Tried replacing board and didn't fix the issue. any ideas? need to know soon as i have a game coming up soon and i rather not just run my tipx the whole weekend lol

A new board didn't fix it? That makes me think something else is wrong. Double check your connections, make sure everything is connected snugly and there aren't any pinched wires or anything. Make sure you have a name brand battery, and lastly I always had issues with the freaking buttons falling out if the board was moved at all while I had the grips off. I don't know if that applies to a 2011 PMR as I have not tried a 2011, but make sure the buttons are actually depressing the switches on the board. Check the wires that lead to the battery harness and everything, making sure no metal is showing (and possibly touching other metal and short circuiting) or that they have come loose.

take the board out of the grip frame maybe it's being grounded out and or the buttons are broken off not reaching power switch

Just take the board out with no wiring and hook a battery to it and turn it on
