I was gunna see if anybody would ask.
So today, I decided for kicks and giggles, I'd do a barracks inspection... why not, it had been a while. Well I'm going along my merry way, not being too much of a hardass about things, well I get to the room of a PV2 that just came in about 2 weeks ago, so I thought, what the hell, I'll torment the **** out of him, I basically start tossing the room with his squad leader and another SSG, basically just to be an asshat, and I threw like 4-5 uniforms and some other **** out the window (it was the first story) then got in his face and started yelling LOUD, and antagonizing him, etc. and I'm basically close enough to lick him and Im asking questions that cant possibly be answered of fthe top of your head like uniform regs and what not, and the kid basically broke down and started crying (Im pretty sure hes just barely 18 too) So I called him a ***** and stormed out of his room.
God I'm a nice guy

Lucky Bastard.
This is the reason 70% or so of my NCOs live off base, I'm about as strict as they come when it comes to Inspections and the enforcement of regs. My soldiers may not like me, but they sure as **** respect me, and it shows in combat.

Why wouldnt they like you when it comes to regs? Those arent your rules, theyre the armys rules. I try to stick as close to reg on everything dealing with the military. I was walking out of wally world the otherday, and a CPT walked by in uniform. Saluted, and at first he looked at me like I was loony.

thats great.
i have yet to make a cadet cry but its on my list of things to do. i got yelled at one day for being a "hardass" during inspection. i gave a girl an 8 out of 22 on her uniform. her uniform was all wrinkled her torches were upsidown and not shined her shoes looked like she shined them with a hershey bar and her shirt was untucked. i had had a bad day because I walk to school everyday and it was snowing out. so she was the first cadet in the 4th squad in my platoon. long story short i gave her 1's on everything and she was getting pissed "talking under her breath and whatnot" well i was right in her face asking her why her uniform sucked so bad and she was getting an attitude so on the last portion which is (leadership showed for LET level (which is pretty much a usual 2 or 3 just for putting on the uniform) but she pissed me off so bad i gave her a 0. then she wound up and threw a punch at me.. i got out of the way and started a screaming match with her before she and i were detained. my sergeant called me into his room and begun to try to scrutinize my uniform but he couldent find anything wrong so he went outside and told all the kids that he made me cry (which is complete bull****) real mature of him huh.
well i brought this up because i just got off the phone with a LET2 stephanie. she hated my guts last year because i acted like a DS. but all the kids i screamed at are now on drill and won 1st place last week.
she called to thank me for being so mean freshman year

Damn Meanie Face LTs! You cant make soldiers cry anymore.
Ahhh, the good old days, I remember the day I got a woman working for me for the first time. I made her cry, the First Sergeant (Read old vietnam area sky soldier, one each) came down and tried to figure out if I had done anything wrong by this, and went to jumping neck deep in my ***! Then turned around and slapped some paper on young female troopie for falling out of a run.....yet I got in trouble?
Maybe not the good old days.
