I opened my gun up to tape up these random cuts in the wire and one had been split. I hope it can be repaired.

1. Go out and buy some 9 volt battery pads from Radio Shack, and just cut the old one and connect the new one using some standard connectors.

2. I can't really remember but I'm pretty sure the harness unplugs from the board. If so, just unplug it and buy a new one from Smart Parts.

It's a gay one... :-( in the way that it isn't a plug. It's soldiered on there. You could a. splice it with a connector (my personal one) b. get a soldier undo-er, pull the red wire out and then soldier a new one in(second best(would be semi professional looking)) or c. send it in to smart parts (best for your marker and board but is really uneconomical).

Which wire was split? Battery or eye wire (if using a blackheart board)?
