I'm trying to get an understanding of who is talking about the Utopia in Book II. I know that it is a fictional society but I want to know who is explaining it/thought of it.

Raphael is the one describing it in Book 2.

displacement and vectors is just math. You just have to identify the variables and choose the relevant equation. There are only 4 equations to choose from so just pick the right one

1)A shoe is flung into the air such that at the end of 1.6 s it is at its maximum altitude, moving at 6.5 m/s. How far away from the thrower will it be when it returns to the height from which it was tossed? Ignore air friction.
2)Suppose you point a rifle horizontally directly at the center of a paper target 81 m away from you. If the muzzle speed of the bullet is 1010 m/s, where will it strike the target? Assume aerodynamic effects are negligible.
Answer in centimeters and how far it will strike from center of target..
and is it...
-above the center or
-below the center or
-right of the center or
-left of the center

Has anybody taken organic chemistry?
I don't understand how adding a basic solution (like a solution of NaOH and CH3OH for example) could separate glycerol from triglycerides.

Power function may refer to:
* Statistical power
* Monomial
* Power functions: A function of the form where a is a real number, also known as allometric functions. See exponentiation.
|
Do you know how to use exponents? If you're talking about a function on a graph, it will probably be some sort of parabola.

A car traveling at 50 km/h hits a bridge abutment. A passenger in the car moves forward a distance of 58 cm (with respect to the road) while being brought to rest by an inflated air bag. What magnitude of force (assumed constant) acts on the passenger's upper torso, which has a mass of 43 kg?
answer in Newtons,I got 1333 and only have one more try on the program.
