Shopping list for the week

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out what would be best for me to buy to eat for the week. I do my shopping at Publix (like a Kroger if you're up north, just a typical grocery store).

A little background on my body, I'm like 5'8, 138lbs and I work out 3-5 days a week. I'm in pretty good shape, but my eating habits are horrible. I do not eat what I should.

So if you guys could list some things that would last me through the week, that would be great. Just the basics are good, no need to go into extensive detail. I have a fridge and a very small freezer, so I can buy some things that need refrigeration.

Oh, and I'm going for more of the lean look versus the big look.

Thanks

Honestly, if it looks like REAL food, like something you could find in the woods or in a field and either pick, gather or kill, then you're good to eat it.

Chicken and Turkey breast are your best bets. I get ground turkey breast which has 26g protein per 3oz and 1g of fat. Eat whole wheat bread and pasta
