alright, so heres a new plan for you to do. keep me informed and it will be changed as needed
3 days a week (mwf,tths,wfs(or something similar (seperation of days is key)) run for an hour.
the other days run for 45 minutes
on your hour runs get off the treadmill and go 30 minutes out somewhere and 30 minutes back. this will allow you to set your own pace.
on the 45 minute runs do it on a treadmill at your current pace.
as for the walking cool down scratch it. start doing a slower jog for 5 or so minutes and then STRETCH.
read up on the post i recently made concerning nutrition as well. for you i would try cutting empty calories. you mentioned your in college, drink a few shots before beer or find more nutritious munchie food
(IE, toast, banana and peanut butter, chocolate ricecakes).
