Do I need a new feedneck?

I got a new Ion XE a few days ago and my dad bought a pack of 3 used guns off of eBay. This package also included two hoppers, and two HPA tanks. One of the hoppers was a Halo TSA and the other was a Ricochet AK hopper. Both of them won't fit in my Ion's feedneck because it gets extremely tight as I push it in. Am I going to need a new feedneck and if so, which one would work well?

Any clamping feedneck will be fine, but you could just sand the neck of the loaders down to fit.

So I'll need a new feedneck? Also, I don't want to damage the hopper or risk messing it up permanently if I mess up sanding it.

Just get yourself a clamping feedneck if you're worried about damaging the hopper.

Make sure you get one with NXT threads, as the ion/impulse threaded feednecks will not work on the XE.

The feednecks on the XE come with o-rings inside of them. try different configurations of o-rings to see what works best....that is if your not going to get a clamping one.
