Not really, its super hard but wrestling for the most part is tougher, theres alot of spots where you can relax and regain some wind guard, once your comfortable in stand up you can relax and breathe pretty normal except, when your in a slugfest or a brawl outside fighting picking someone apart isnt really that hard on the cardio. Wrestler cardio is a different level. Ive rolled with wrestlers and just jiu-jitsu guys wrestlers wore me out quick, they dont quit

Water polo, duh. Nothing is as hard as that.
you go into a pool, and try to do that. Then imagine swimming the whole game. Then imagine fighting underwater while doing both of those. Then imagine also trying to throw the damn ball.
I dont even play it. But my brother was all cif for shooting, and swim. His team was national champions for 3 years. 4 players went to US national team.

Why make a thread when you know it will start a flame war? Cause football pussies with say football and make fun of soccer players and soccer pussies will say soccer and try to make fun of football then some random people come in and say MMA or some bull****.

Jesus christ, this doesnt belong here. This whole subforum is a **** idea, and this is a perfect example why and your explanation doesnt cut it. The topic revolves around sports...it should be in the sports subforum

Lacrosse is #5 IMO. You need total body fitness for lacrosse, but boxing, wrestling, water polo, and mma are ahead.
