do high reps, that is better for burning fat and a lot of cardio like stair steppers, running, and jump roping.

Im pretty sure this is a common misconception probably started when it was noticed that when pro lifters were “cutting” before comp, had to do more reps of less weight but this was to continue atrophy, they drop weight because strength drops due to the cut

Dont be on pbnation at all... go be active instead.
Do interval training for your cardio. You can get more out of your workouts in less time.

Losing weight is really as simple as eating less and exercising more.
It's best to aim for eating a very clean diet with very little refined sugar and saturated fat, and a fair amount of lean protein and complex carbs. Basically eat lots of vegetables, a little bit of fruit, and moderate amounts of lean meat and whole grain. It's better to eat 4-5 small meals that 2-3 big ones, and make sure to eat breakfast.

just do something and not give up.
it's not if but when u will get results as long as u do something. the more effort u put in the more result u get. it's easier for some people because they have better genetic, all that means is that u just have to put more effort.
result will not happen overnight but will eventually happen if u stick with something.

Change your diet first. Research healthy foods and try spreading your calorie intake throughout the day by eating 5-6 smaller meals as opposed to 3 large ones.
Then I'd reccomend interval training. It's nice because you can really do it with anything that gets your heart racing. If you want to go outside and chop wood that'll work. If you want to run, that'll work. If you want to jump rope, it'll work. If you want to go play racquetball it'll work.
My point is you need an activity that will get your heart racing in short spurts. The harder you make those burts, the better. It'll rape your body's energy stores and it'll spend the rest of the day using fat to try and make up for the ***-kicking you gave it.
And remember the most important thing, consistency. The better you stick to a routine, the better your results will be.
