well the HK is probly hand made but the army text is none other that "ARMY" just dl the army font pack and it should be one of them

Next time wait for more than an hour and a half before replying a second time. But to answer your question to make the HK you have to actually make it in photoshop or something and to make the text just type what you want in photoshop that resembles it and add a white stroke.
