Give it 4 or 5 runs and you'll be golden, good luck

Need some opinions, looking at line invaders toward the end of this year maybe hold off til next season, but for bindings I am looking at either the rossi scratch 140 titanium or the dynstar px12 ti, any opinions?

Rossi and Dynaster are actually the 2 bindings I stay away from, haha. (Well, and junior models of Marker too)
But what year invaders? I haven't seen any of the newer models since these:
Which I loved, besides the lamination problem.

08's also seemed to have a problem with weak laminant, although it seems they fixed that problem for '09. Getboards.com carries both years. Seems like the perfect ski, from what i have read. As far as bindings go, I currently use dynstar troubles on my armada's and I dont have any compaints as of yet. I guess alot of it is personal preference. I am leaning toward the titanium for the weight and strength advantage.

Yeah I loved my Invaders. So damn light and flexible at the tips.
Definitely a good ski. I don't know about this years, but they can't be any worse. (I hope)

They have recieved pretty good reviews. I'm pretty pumped to be able to butter. The center mount will be interesting too.

wow, first day of skiing today was amazing. The prophet 100 blast through crud, carve the corduroy and are stable on jumps. I'm extremely impressed with them. Needless to say, it was a good day. Hopefully tommorrow is just as good. Gunna work on hand plants on the spine in the park.

yeah i was suprised how much snow we had. Here at home we have zero snow then 20 minutes away at the mountain, there is atleast a foot of natural plus maybe 2 ft of man made.
and brickwall, mario does that, because he is a man. It was pretty funny the first time he did it, so i hadda get a picture of it.

went out 2nd time today
i dont like my hill because all the snowboarders there think that they are like badasses and there is about a 1 to 100 skiier to snowboarder ratio
all the snowboarders make fun of us skiiers, not so much the noob skiiers like old guys and little kids but me and my friend are tearing the place up with our slalom skis and people just say **** behind our backs and its like damn wow.....................
on the ski lift i dropped my oakleys(o no!) and some snowboarder picked them up and threw them on the landing pad of this jump. i guess it would have been worse if he would have flat out took them and hid in the crowd.
im not that big either and i know one day i will get into a fight. last year like my 2nd week of skiing, i was out on the hill and this snowboarder stopped right in front of me and i turned and i clipped the side of his board. i guess since i was a noob back then i just said sorry real quick and then i went to get back up the lift. some guy behind me just starts yelling at me and i realize its the guy i had hit. i said sorry a few more times but he would just not drop it and everyone was quiet and just looking at us while the guy is like yelling **** at me. i didnt really do anything but it was dumb since it was some like 40 year old snowboarding BAMF and i had my team jacket on. i was kinda afraid he would like tell one of my coaches but he didnt.

meh, the knuckle draggers were pissing me off today, one in particular. He was trash talking us all day, then at the end of the day he was hitting one of the boxes and I gunned a snowball at him, hit him in the chest and he beefed it. Funniest thing i've seen in a while.

lol it pisses me off because 90% of the snowboarders have no skill, and they think they can just sit on hills and smoke and look sweet and watever
none of them go off jumps, most just do ***** grinds and eat ****
last year, my friend was like dude hit that jump
i went up to the top of the hill, i just straight out pushed 2 times and then tucked, usually people stop like 10-15 feet in front of the jump. i just straight out tucked and flew off the jump, got 15+feet of air, everyone on the lift was like ****TT MAN and i was like yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. so i bounced on the landing(after about 4+ seconds of hangtime), then got double ejected out of my bindings, and face planted in some snow bank. and i broke my right ski, the back binding just flew up and forward, and i coudlnt ski the rest of the day since my binding wouldnt take boots anymore.
ever since, ive been afraid of jumps

same here pretty much.
this is bull****, I went to try to trade my skis in today. they say they'll take them and just take the price of skis that I buy there. so they say they'll take my ski value off of the original value, not the sale value, which is $200 less. so basically I got nothing for my skis, I could have just paid the sale value and got the same price
gonna try to sell them on craigslist I guess...

i ride twin tips and ski the the whole mountain, love it. You really dont need twin tips to park it, just to land and ski switch.
