Shiiiit I wish I'd seen this earlier.

Names Ben
My home mountain is Sunday River, Maine (love the place)
Setup right now consists of 08 Salomon Lords (169 I believe) Salomon S711 Bindings and Technicia Rival X7 boots.
Started skiing when I was 5. This coming winter will be my 14th season. I ski a lot at Sugarloaf but I don't like it near as much as Sunday River and I've only been out west to ski a couple times at Big Sky Montana, such an amazing place.

Tomorrow is almost here

I still can not wait... Now that I finally bought a set of twin tips (K2) I gotta start practicing rotations/rails etc.... Any pointers... I go off jumps all the time, but never landing backwards because I never used to use twin tips (I didn't buy the ski's they were gifts from parents and I used them until I could afford better aka now)

shadow, go big or go home.

start out small, get comfortable riding backwards, popping onto boxes and getting your skis perpendicular to the box, try some 180's over small rollers/jumps, etc etc. If you are afraid to fall, you're in the wrong sport.

My home mountain is opening up tomorrow, with a whopping 1 RUN! I don't really care though, I get a free season pass and I neeeeeeed to ski. I get to try out my Prophet 100's and my custom rockered Silencers...

"Did he say rockered silencers?"
Yes I did. I'll put up pictures later.

1. Why would you want to switch to snowblades?

2. I'm a fan of the salomon ones myself.

3. I'd go with somethin around 100cm

Friend have had trouble with snow jams bindings. Go with Salomon or even older LINE skiboards (if you can find them). 75 is really short anyways, unless your a small child.

Ok so ive been looking at 99cm ones. Since the bindings arent too great on the snowjams I found these.

How much are they really worth?

So, I think I broke my wrist yesterday. All I did was try this little jump right off one of the lifts and I ended up falling on a sheet of ice I didn't know was there.
