I was having this same issue last Sunday at a tournament. First shot was hot and then it was shooting fine.
After I had the gun aired up and was waiting for the next game the FPS would creep up like 20FPS. I lubed the reg and cleaned it and I am hoping Sunday I can C how it does. So if anybody can post if they ever had this issue please do so to help 2 Droid owners.

I've had this same issue recently with my Droid and my wife's 06 Cyborg when I had a 45/4500 with an old Ignition reg on them. I was gonna test it out last weekend with a new Myth reg but I had crappy old mixed paint so I have no clue if that was the problem. I'll try to test that theory this weekend and post back.
In the meantime, try a different tank (and tank reg) and see if that's the issue?

I am using a Myth reg tank and a PE HP tank reg and they both did the same thing. First shot hot and then the others where fine. But the reg kept on spiking up and I couldnt get the stay at that FPS

If it happened with a different reg, it's likely that the second reg is spiking also.
