Ok. This girl likes me ALOT and I have NO attraction to her. Well she's really annoying because she always is touching me and trying to talk to me. I want to be her friend...and that is all. I need some advice on letting her down gently, without plainly saying "I dont like you".

ahhh gotcha. sorry i misunderstood. Thanks for clearing that up. Well i guess you could just calm down and relax a bit. Still be yourself and relax. That's the most uttermost problem among these guys i see around girls. they get all nervous and stutter or mess it up. Girls do dig into guys who are smooth, relaxed and smooth talk.

My suggestion to you, is to go masturbate before going to school because that'll get you relaxed and you are most likely not going to get horny and think about other girls... not saying that you do it, but it'll help in many different ways. I've noticed big different in me, when i dont masterbate and i'm around girls i get in a agressive personality type of person and i get messed up at times. But when i do jack off and after all, i'm all relaxed and i'd be in a good state of mind where i wouldnt be paying attention to girls. For me it just works and i dont pay attention much on my moves/attitude or what to say, because i go with the flow and stay relaxed. think of it like this. You want to get the girl in the same level of mood swing with your level. You have to be comfortable and relaxed and once she sees that and once she gets comfortable with you, then you're doing great.

NOTE: Gave this advice to my college roomate last year, and good lord..... he brought in endless counts of girls into the dorm and introduced me to her friends. We had a blast, thanks to that "jack off advice" that i gave to him. Reason why it worked for him was because he became more calm and relaxed instead of being all tensed up and focous on what to say.

alright ive been going out with my gf for sometime now and we kinda have a distince relationship but i get to see her at least 3 times a week and a couple of my freinds that go to the same school as her told me she has been goin out with some other guy behind my back
so my question is should i atomaticly believe my freinds and confront her over the phone or should i wait until next time i head over there and confront her in person?

it really depends on how good of friends you're with the people, but if they're your friends they shouldn't lie to you about something like that. plus, your gf probably wont come clean about it if you ask her.
