I dont get the logic other than looking like a hard ***. If im going to be limiting what I eat, I at least want the food I eat to taste decent. Plus its a lot easier to stay on a good diet when you enjoy what you eat

Most of weightlifters diets consist of extremely healthy foods that are high in protein, cut the protein a bit and it will be a great everyday diet that you don't have to heavily work out to burn.

Stuffed green (bell) peppers:
You can use any pepper you really want to do this. Also be creative with the meat, Im going to try a fish one next.
Start by cutting the top of the pepper off and removing insides. Be sure to get all seeds out.
Next take pepper and steam for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.
Set aside for now.
Next choose your form of meat, I use turkey burger, or normal burger just depends on what I have on hand.
I add jalepanos and other peppers along with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and some seasoning salt.
Mix all together in pan while frying. Fry until your liking.
Next step, put cheese in the bottom of the pepper, then load it up with as much meat as you can, then put more cheese. Throw in microwave for about 30 seconds and its done.
Great little snack for anytime eating.

Simplicity. If you eat every two hours, it can get a little hairy.

Thats probably going to be the extent of my breakfast in the morning.....i still like the D-wave way of eating tuna. I think it was basically, using fingers insert half a can of tuna in your face hole, swish around with water, swallow, repeat.

I'm not going to read threw 3 pages of posts, but if you want to improve your weight lifting gains. Diet/Sleep will play a huge role, but supplement with creatine 20-30mins before you workout. You'll lift more the first time.

I occasionally put fresh fruit in my oatmeal but I usually eat it plain. Once you get used to it, it's not hard to enjoy food without adding sugar, salt, or other bad **** to it.

God that pizza sounds so good.
I don't normally put my whey into my oatmeal (berry blast with oatmeal? maybe)

You can't taste it really, though I would only recommend about a half scoop.

You mean a scoop, not a cup, right? A cup of protein powder is like 6-8 servings (around ~140-150 grams of protein). Even for most athletes, that's more than enough protein for a whole day.
