I make the 15 minutes trip to jersey mikes at least once every two weeks. I get the club, not the club supreme.

my favorite:
turkey
ham
roast beef
whole wheat bread
lettuce
green peppers
cucumbers
provalone/colby jack cheese
The making
Shred the meat and throw into a pan. Pan fry said meat. Add some extra flavorings, little dash of salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and sometimes mrs dash. Cook till nice and hot, plus turkey begins to brown.
Next take two pieces whole wheat bread and toast.
After that is said and done put a piece of colby jack cheese or provalone on bread, it should be hot enough to melt the cheese. Stack as much lettuce as you want on it too, also any other veggi you like, I like green peppers and cucumber. Put the shredded meat on top and enjoy.
