True...they are really loud stock boards IMHO.

I have the seventh element board, and love it to death. The sounds and different colors helps turning the gun on and off, especially in the blinding sun. Very easy to figure out and has a great service.

Virtue is better than the 7th Element. If you cannot spend $144 on a Virtue then get a 7th Element ($74), but as far as performance goes the Virtue is better.

List one way in which the virtue is better performance wise.

Well, maybe it is not that much better performance wise, but overall the Virtue is better.

1 way in which the virtue is better performance wise:
Advanced Virtue Eye & Trigger Logic

Overall it is better? You obviously don't know much about the 7th Element with that reason you gave.

It has very similar eye logic.

Yeah, I have only installed them at my job, but I have heard and read the features of the board, on the manufacturer’s site, and from that information, I have come to the conclusion that the Virtue is better.

You cannot say that one is better unless you have used them both. The virtue may have one or two basically pointless luxiory features... but that doesn't make it seventy dollars better.

"Virtue or 7th element (which is better for ion)," "I have the money to get a virtue no problem," he simply asked which is better.

I can only shoot semi in the local tourney's and fields. so as long as the eye and trigger logic is decent (any board should be able to keep up with 15 bps), and i can program debounce, abs, and dwell, im set. as far as im concerned, the 7th element seems to be the better choice here. I love my virtue(which i bought two years ago before 7th was around), but if i were to do it again, 7th would be where my dollars would go.

7th element for sure. If you call and ask them, they will even put an RF transmitter on the board.

Not true, Virtue charges for some of the repairs they do to boards.
