JT Pro Flex Questions

Gents,

I had a JT Pro Flex years ago and I have since used Empire E-Vents but I purchased another Pro Flex recently and I had a few simple questions about it before I start to use it. One reason I got rid of my previous Flex was because the bottom portion of the mask (mainly the sides) was warped out to the sides and looked funny. Also, the soft ears were bent and bowed out. I don't remember how this happened but are there ways to prevent this or does it just happen because of the soft material they are made out of? I was thinking small zip ties on the soft ears to the mask to keep the ears more secured. Your thoughts/opinions? Thanks.

- Wes

yeah when the bottoms get worn they tend to be wider
and the softies just stick out from time to time, when that happens just kinda lightly push on them and they should pop back in.

Think small zip ties would help hold the mask's shape and keep the ears tucked in?

its possible, but i dont think anyone has ever done it
proflexs just tend to do that
when the bottoms start to get softer and widen its usually time for some new ones

When storing it turn it upside down so the bottoms and ears don't get deformed. Also, don't store it with the bottoms flipped up.

The bottoms can be reshaped using hot water (not boiling). I think there's a thread in the stickies.
