on the weekends you can come up to columbus...i'm in the process of making a woodsball/scenario field and then you have destruction paintball if your into the whole speedball thing....

Yeah I've looked up a lot of the fields around here, but I'm looking for people to play with that actually go and play there. I don't know anyone that plays around here.

put up some fliers, make a facebook group and invite everyone, set up a booth on club days, and get a shirt made.

These are some of the ideas we had to get more people into our team and it got alot of people interested.

They usually start playing around 11:00 am.

All fields are about the same travel time.

You also have Abbeys in McComb on Sundays PM
LAX in Slidell on Saturday and Sundays (I think) AM

saturdays here at APGOB lately have picked up with speed ball happening..there's always talk of playing here and local/regional events that come up amongst players, practices have been good lately..check it out

Hattiesburg? Ha, be ready to travel. H-burg has never really had a PB scene.

-SWAT Paintball, Ocean Springs
-Lethal Paintball, Chalmette, LA (long drive)
-Abbeys Paintball, McComb, MS
-Paintball Command, Mandeville, LA (long drive)

I would say LAXtreme out of Slidell, LA, but speedball has been almost non-existant for some time now.

I don't know about anything north of H-burg

Yea I've played a tourny at lethal, swat and played a couple times at abbeys and LAextreme..

I know they had 2 paintball fields in hattiesburg, Rage paintball (played on a team for them, now closed) and some place called sports academy and dunno if they closed it down...

Hattiesburg is the 3rd largest city in mississippi right? It's growing extremely fast, why are there no ballers or fields here?

(ESPECIALLY BECAUSE there is camp shelby (army base) 10 min from hattiesburg, that is known for its training????)

I'm from Hattiesburg, I played at both Rage and Paintball Project... (The kid with the Christmas ((red and green)) spyder, and then Swoll's outkast 'cocker..) Over the summer I plan on practicing at Swat, Abbey's, and possibly APG some, you're welcome to come with. As far as getting a team started at Southern, if that's what you're trying to do, shoot me a PM and I'll help you out all I can.

I played on rage's team when they made tryouts and went to some tourny's.. I dunno what gun I had, but my name is Cramer (josh) and i am tall and have long hair..

Is paintball project(sports academy) still open? I just played in a 3 man tourny at APG aand took 2nd...

It was soo long ago but i'd def remember you when i see you cuz i definately remember swole selling his autococker to you and can't put a face on u.........

HAAAAAHAHAHAHA, Pure Evil ring a bell? I think we played one tournament together and sucked it up pretty bad. I was the skinny kid that played the snake/doritos/front position. Whatever I played at the time..

Has anyone played at the Pearl river (poparville) field? Weird bunkers, looks interesting to say the least and heard a tourny coming up on 17th?
